Cancellation Policy

 

If the reservation must be canceled or the balance is not paid in full by March 1, 2024, the amount paid to Jennifer Gabriel, Julie Cary Gaines, Suite Dreamz Travel LLC and Ojas Harmony Retreats is forfeited. If, however, another participant is willing and able to take the spot on the retreat, upon the completion of that participant's approval and registration (signing of the contract and receipt of payment according to the above payment schedule) the registrant will abide by the terms of this name change. All cancellations must be received in writing via email.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if the trip minimum is not met (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).

Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest, personal or medical emergencies.

Proof of travel insurance is mandatory for attendance at this retreat. We are happy to suggest insurance companies and secure the appropriate policy at no extra charge over the policy cost.
